Sarah specializes in gut health, stress resilience, and sustainable weight management, helping clients build deep, lasting habits. Her empathetic approach focuses on meeting clients where they are, providing practical, actionable steps for vibrant health. In her spare time, you can find Sarah exploring the beautiful hiking trails of the Pacific Northwest or experimenting with new healthy recipes in her kitchen.

Dr. David Chen, MD, MPH
Medical Advisor & Lifestyle Specialist
Dr. David Chen is a board-certified physician with a Master's in Public Health, bringing a wealth of clinical knowledge and a strong advocacy for preventive care to our team. He collaborates closely with our coaches to ensure our guidance is rooted in sound medical principles, especially for clients managing chronic conditions. Dr. Chen believes in the powerful synergy between conventional medicine and lifestyle interventions. His focus is on educating clients about the physiological impacts of lifestyle choices and empowering them with evidence-based strategies. Outside of work, David is an avid cyclist and volunteers at local community health clinics, promoting health equity.
